Shipping

• Free delivery by courier with orders over € 50.00!(in Italy)
• Order Processing: the goods will be carefully packed and prepared within 24 hours of receiving and/or his payment. (Orders with payment by bank transfer or Postepay will be processed as soon as it received its accreditation.)
• Delivery: the package will be 'delivered within 24/48 hours from the notification of the dispatch. You will receive an email notification with a link to check the shipment, since then the merchandise will be 'given where required within 24-48 hours, depending on the area, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
• Mark: You can comfortably pay on delivery with a flat fee of € 5.00. Make sure that on the day of delivery, there is a knowledgeable person who can receive the goods.
• Without Luggage: If you have problems of availability you can choose to pick up your package directly to the depot of the courier within 24-48 hours of arrival.
• Within the EU we deliver without customs costs. For delivery of goods in countries outside Europe the customer could pay any additional costs (customs, taxes).
• The delivery costs will be billed only once even if, for technical or logistic, we were forced to carry out the delivery in stages.
• Normally, the delivery of goods takes 1/3 working days. To the south and the islands, delivery times may be prolonged up to 4.3 days.
• If there are delays in delivery, we will not hesitate to inform the customer.

*For the COD there is a supplement of € 5,00.

If the order exceeds the 3 kg and for deliveries outside Italy, the client is invited to write to info@ipetyou.it to know the exact amount of postage.
