General conditions of sale of the PET YOU.
1. Application
These terms and conditions will apply to all trade relations between the PET YOU Monica Lucchi and its customers, as valid at the time of conclusion of the contract.
2. Conclusion of Contract
Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree n. 185/99 (implementing Directive 97/7 / EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts) and, as regards the protection of confidentiality of personal data, will be submitted to the rules of Legislative Decree June 30, 2003 196 (Consolidated data privacy).

3. Revocation
Right of withdrawal
Purchases made on the site www.i-pet-you.com are governed by Italian law on mail-order sales. 4. Agreement on costs

6. Prices and shipping costs

7. Shipping
The customer's order will be processed within the limit of the available stock in the warehouse. If one of the items ordered is not available, we reserve the right to make a partial delivery. The shipping costs will be calculated in value of the order and will be billed only once.
I PET YOU arrange delivery of goods ordered by the customer to the shipping address indicated by the customer. Your order is transmitted directly to our warehouse, so as to leave the warehouse within the next 24 hours. Normally, the delivery of goods takes 1/2 working days. Within the EU area we deliver without customs costs. For delivery of goods in countries outside Europe the customer could pay any additional costs (customs, taxes).
If there are delays in delivery, we will not hesitate to inform the customer.
8. Retention of title
Until the complete payment, the goods remain the property of the PET YOU Monica Lucchi.
9. Payment, Maturity, Delay
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club) and by bank transfer, cash and Paypal (-> through which are accepted also eg rechargeable cards and postpaid card Aura) . I PET YOU reserves the right, in individual cases, to accept only specific payment methods.
Payment by credit card:
If paying by credit card, within 2 days after the order, you will be charged the amount of the invoice.
Payment for invoice:
In this case, the amount must reach us within 5 days. Should delay in payment, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Payment via PayPal:
The payment by PayPal will be made immediately upon completion of the order to send the same to the PET YOU.
Payment by bank transfer:
The goods will be sent after payment is received. If the customer delays in payment, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Note: opting for this method of payment, delivery may be delayed by a few days - the period of time that can vary depending on the timing of the bank.
In collecting a voucher invite the customer to verify the conditions for collection as eg the minimum order value, the expiration date of the promotion etc ...
