Under Article. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 "Code for the protection of personal data", we provide information relative to the collection of personal data online. I PET YOU Monica Lucchi carries out the processing of personal data in full respect of the Legislative Decree. N. 196/2003.

Treatment modalities

Personal data is collected for contractual, administrative, accounting, commercial, statistical and for the establishment of ordinary commercial contacts. Their treatment is done manually and by computer. The acquired data may be disclosed to shipping agents, consultants for the implementation of the previously mentioned purposes, as well as marketing initiatives, advertising, promotion and market research.

Rights of interested parties

Under Article. 7 of the Decree. N. 196/2003, the subjects to which the personal data refer may at any time obtain:

- Confirmation of the existence of the data

- Knowledge of the content and origin

- Verification of

- Integration or update

- Correction

According to the same article, the subjects have the right to:

- Request deletion of data

- Request the anonymization

- Request the blocking of data processed in violation of the law

- Oppose any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment
